The Traffic Center is an organizational unit of the Academy that provides services in the field of traffic and transport to business entities that have a fleet of vehicles, i.e. drivers and vehicles, to state institutions that have the authority over certain areas in traffic and transport, to local communities (municipalities and city administrations), public companies formed by local self-governments, which have a fleet of vehicles, i.e. drivers and vehicles or areas intended for vehicle parking, schools (primary, secondary), as well as preschool institutions and individuals (natural persons) who need consulting or other types of service in the field of traffic and transportation.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Consulting services in terms of defining the necessary system documents (rules, procedures, etc.) that every business entity should have in the field of traffic and transport, monitoring the use of vehicles and fuel consumption, optimizing the organization and management of traffic and transport resources, dealing with traffic accidents, misdemeanors, disciplinary procedures, etc. regarding violations of traffic safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Education regarding the application of new regulations in the field of traffic and transport, the working hours of vehicle drivers, the use of digital tachographs, the rationalization of fuel consumption, optimization in transport and traffic safety, organized on two levels: the education of managers who are responsible according to the regulations for the situation in traffic safety and its consequences in the business entity, a public company or a state company. The other one is the training of drivers, professionals or those who drive company vehicles without the driver\u2019s job being their main occupation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Engagement for the needs of improving traffic safety of users (creating studies and projects to improve the safety of certain categories of road users, as well as in general, in specific municipalities and cities; recording and analysis of traffic safety indicators, inspections and audits of traffic safety on road sections, analysis of \u201cblack points\u201d on the roads and proposing measures for the rehabilitation of such places, designing and developing a campaign to improve the traffic safety of certain categories of participants or change their behavior, expertise in traffic accidents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Development of technical traffic regulation projects by licensed designers (intersections, including those with light signals, school zones, \u201czone 30\u201d, slow traffic zones, arrangement of bicycle paths, pedestrian paths, tactile paths for the blind and visually impaired, parking lots, commercial objects)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n
