The Quality Center is an organizational unit responsible and authorized for the functioning of the Academy’s quality management system, its monitoring, evaluation, reporting and integration into the Academy’s overall activity. The Quality Center actively participates in the process of accreditation of the Academy and its study programs, processes of external quality control and self-evaluation process, as well as the process of certification of the Academy’s quality management system. The Quality Center is responsible for quality assurance and accreditation of accredited laboratories and the control body. The Quality Center provides consulting services related to the establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of various management systems.

SERVICES

Provision of consulting services in establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving:

  • Quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO 9001:2015 standard;
  • Management systems for educational organizations in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO 21001:2018 standard;
  • Occupational safety and health management systems in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO 45001:2018 standard.

Training related to the application of standards for various management systems with the aim of achieving sustainable success of the organization:

  • Continuous business improvement;
  • Risk management;
  • Business continuity management;
  • Models of social responsibility.

COOPERATION

  • Consulting services to the telecommunications company Telekom Srbija, Belgrade in the establishment of the occupational safety and health management system according to the SRPS ISO 45001:2018 standard.
