ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILITY

Incoming students

The Academy of Applied Studies Polytechnic accepts Erasmus+ students within the framework of the Inter-Institutional Agreement with an HEI. These students enroll in courses and conform to the procedures indicated in the Inter-Institutional Agreement.

The necessary documents for KA131 (KA103) mobility:

• Erasmus+ student application form,
• Learning Agreement for Studies/Learning Agreement for Traineeships (filled in cooperation with Erasmus Coordinator at the home institution),
• Self-evaluation of Proficiency in English Language,
• Transcript of records in English issued by home institution.

The necessary documents for KA171 (KA107) mobility:

• Erasmus+ student application form,
• Learning Agreement for Studies/Learning Agreement for Traineeships (filled in cooperation with Erasmus Coordinator at the home institution),
• Self-evaluation of Proficiency in English Language,
• Academic performance (Transcript of records in English and confirmation/certificate of enrollment issued by home institution),
• Recommendation letter,
• Motivation letter (Europass Template is preferred),
• CV of the applicant (Europass Template is preferred).
